Western & Central Regional Scout Camp was held from 21st to 24th October 2010 in Nuwara-Eliya (Scout Activity Center- Pedro ) Organized by Negombo YMCA on behalf of The National Council of YMCA's of Sri Lanka. Fifty five Scouts & eight Leaders from local YMCA's of Negombo ,Pamunugama & Rambukkana participated.
